Why the panel can not carry out simulate offline with correct screen setting?

Simulate offline can not be carry out in the following conditions:

1)      When create the project , you has not chosen “rockhood RH series” in Device box

2)      The panel type belong to ROP series

3)      There are print screens in the project.

Note: If the simulate offline still can not be carried out after eRHluding the above possibilities, while the project can be displayed normally in the panel, please let the panel as standard.
